
“Stratification implies unequal access to to valued goods”.

A collection of people in an area that connect to one another. The word Social means Relating to society or its organization. It has such an impact on every ones lives that it dictates your path and almost lays it out for you to follow. The many tiers are what makes up a person. It is an unfair judgmental system that does not treat everyone equally. Social Stratification is Society’s way of separating people into categories that is heavily based on their level of education, How much money one makes, their race, status, amount of power one has, and age. This will shed light on the methods that are currently still in place with the educators and education while also showing how it is slowly changing. As a student I am unaware of some of the topics listed and how much it actually impacts education and society. This investigation provides a self learning experience about what happens constantly in today’s education and the structure surrounding it. Inclusive schools and education is crucial to the futures success. Diversity is on the rise in schools with students, but not with teachers. Equal education is not so equal in many areas and affects many students. My research will cover Social stratification and how it separates everyone into categories. The purpose of this investigation is for me to evaluate the topics listed in the title and gain a better understanding going forward as a potential educator. Americas bad history will constantly stay on track to repeating itself if none of these changes are nipped in the bud at an early age. Bullying others based on the backgrounds they come from is a good example at why diversity needs to be handled properly as it divides people and can tear them apart. Professors researching for their books are discovering all of this information and seeing how much lower the bar becomes for an equal education among all students.

Many Blacks and Hispanics are being left behind even while in the same classroom. Studies based on Equal opportunities in education have shown that the system is biased based on backgrounds. Students are paired into the same social standing as their parents and it has given them a late start than that of their peers in middle class. This has resulted in a better understanding of how social stratification works and that it is used to separate people into the upper, middle, and lower class. This paper encompasses the research done regarding societal standing, equal opportunity in education, diversity, and inclusive schools/education.
